About the Role
We are hiring a Solar Irrigation System Operator to manage and maintain our advanced solar-powered irrigation systems across the cooperative farmlands. You will play a key role in ensuring sustainable water management.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily irrigation system performance

Perform routine inspections of solar panels and pumps

Identify and troubleshoot system issues

Manage water schedules based on crop needs

Maintain usage logs and efficiency reports

Coordinate with field teams to ensure optimal water distribution
Qualifications

Technical or mechanical background preferred

Experience with irrigation, solar systems, or agricultural machinery

Ability to work outdoors and travel between field sites
