About the Role
Agrios Verde is seeking Quality Control & Packaging Specialists to oversee the handling, sorting, and packaging of our certified organic produce. This role ensures that every product leaving our cooperative meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect harvested produce for defects or quality issues

Sort and grade fruits and vegetables based on internal standards

Manage packaging line workflow and product labeling

Ensure compliance with organic certification rules

Keep accurate quality and production logs

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in packing areas
Qualifications

Experience in food handling or quality control (preferred)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic record-keeping skills

Ability to lift boxes and move materials as needed
