About the Role
Agrios Verde is seeking motivated Organic Farm Workers to support daily operations across our eco-friendly fields. You will be part of a cooperative focused on sustainable agriculture and producing high-quality, certified organic crops.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planting, pruning, and harvesting organic produce

Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment

Monitor soil conditions and report crop irregularities

Support daily irrigation checks and field maintenance

Follow organic certification guidelines and cooperative standards

Maintain a clean, safe working environment
Requirements

Experience in farming or outdoor physical work (preferred but not required)

Ability to perform physically intensive tasks
