About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Greenhouse & Hydroponics Technician to manage our controlled-environment agriculture systems. You will ensure optimal crop growth using modern hydroponic technologies within our sustainable production cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust nutrient solutions, pH levels, and water flow

Operate and maintain hydroponic and greenhouse automation systems

Track plant health and growth patterns

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform light repairs

Maintain sanitation and biosecurity protocols

Record and report daily technical data
Qualifications

Previous experience in hydroponics, greenhouse management, or agricultural technology

Technical ability to operate automated systems

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Basic electrical/mechanical understanding

Ability to work independently and within a cooperative environment
